Granite State College Names Prominent Business Leaders to President’s Advisory Council
Concord, NH – Ten prominent leaders of New Hampshire business and industry have been named to Granite State College’s President’s Advisory Council (PAC).
Dr. Todd J. Leach, President of Granite State College, will work closely with the PAC to gather feedback about programs and degree offerings, gauge the status of New Hampshire’s workforce and monitor the needs of the state’s businesses.
“Granite State College is an institution that is responsive to the needs of the state’s workforce, industry and businesses,” said Dr. Leach. “If New Hampshire businesses need specific degree programs for the advancement of their employees, and if the workforce at large needs skill sets or professional training, we want to be responsive and, to the best of our ability, offer degree programs that meet those needs. Now more than ever, it’s important to meet the job creation and stabilization needs of our statewide community and creating the Advisory Council is chief among our efforts to be an institution that is in the know, responsive and flexible.”
